Linda, haven’t seen you for awhile, but read about your friend. How are things? I hope better and that things are looking up.

We’ve all been concerned about your friend Ruth… though I didn’t know about her till news was passed to me…. AND about Eldo….

I’m hoping you do have influence with him, as he says he cares very much about your opinion.

Linda you know more about Eldo than I do. I have just seen his comments around for quite a while and have enjoyed them and we have commented back and forth. I learned about Disc Golf because of him. He was quite rational then and always until now. What is happening? He is in my prayers now because I am SERIOUSLY concerned. Funny how you get to care about people you’ve never met, but still “see” on a regular basis.

Linda I have no idea what you mean about Eldo’s siblings or parental units, but if he has family, immediate family out there, that is DISGUSTING! I was an only and also wanted at least one brother or sister! As an only, I could NEVER understand how some siblings could just grow to pretty much hate each other. I have NEVER understood that.

Dry…. I have no idea from Linda’s posts why you would think his relatives hate him….or even that they live close by.

They may not even know anything is wrong..Maybe they live far enough away that they haven’t seen him or talked to him in the few days since this recent problem started….in fact even in the same city, people don’t always see their siblings several times a week.

I’d rather hope that he does have family, and that they care.

Susan, Linda typed “I would love to know how to encourage his siblings/parental units to contact him and make the future possible” which led me to believe that he is out of touch with his family. And yes, you are correct, people don’t “always see their siblings several times a week”, most don’t, but they know they have a BASE to return to if they need it. I gathered from Linda’s comment that he may not have. I am an only and most of my relatives are gone now, but I do have 2 cousins left that I am close to, and of course, some friends. And OF COURSE MY KIDS! :-)

I didn’t mean to intrude here, I was just concerned about Eldo. I hope all will be well with him.
