Cathy: 99% of all women are happier when our thighs and hips are covered. Where are the suits for us?? Saleswoman: For you we have little cover-up skirts. Cathy: We don't want to cover our suits. We want suits that cover us! Where are the suits that simply cover what 99% of us want to have covered? Saleswoman: We don't have any of those. Cathy: As usual, something for every body type except "female."

Even the suits from the 1960’s were much more flattering than the choices we get today. And men’s suits aren’t much better. Who ever thought that huge and baggy was flattering? Even men who are in shape don’t look good in them. Yuck.Why is it one extreme or another? What ever happened to generally flattering styles for most?Good morning, Cathy Clan! I still think the clothes from the 40’s and 50’s were the most flattering to women, including bathing suits. Check out some of the movies from that time frame.

I wouldn’t go so far as saying 99percent.It never bothered me to show a little leg as long as there is reasonable muscle tone.In my opinion, it’s the jelly-roll bellies that need to be covered.Also agree, big and baggy doesn’t look good on anyone.
