So true — just try to get anything done on a holiday week. When I started working we got one day off — and figured we were lucky to get it. I remember running home on my lunch hour Christmas Eve to finish cleaning for the evening. And then going back to work until 5:00. It was hectic and it is so much better now — but it is really hard to get any kind of service anywhere during a holiday week.
