No!! Don't answer the phone, Irving! Don't answer! Don't answer! I miss the good old days when I could hang up on people. Irving opn phone: Hi. Saw your caller ID. What's up?

I agree with summerdog’s comment yesterday… you should have opened it first, Cathy. I remember many years ago when my boyfriend (at the time) gave me a small jewelry box for Christmas. I almost fell over, thinking it was an engagement ring. I had to quickly change my expression from disappointment to a smile when I opened it to find a pearl necklace.Related to the caller ID, my 9 year old has asked me recently if I’ve ever crank called. I admitted to doing it a couple times as a kid, but warned here that she should never do it now, especially with caller ID. Anyone else remember the Jenny song, and have called 867-5309 and asked for Jenny? :-)I also may or may not have called a boy I liked only to hang up as soon as I heard his voice. Hello Cathy friends! Hope you’re enjoying your Saturday!

the ones i ‘like’ are the ones where someone calls my cell and it is a woman and she says oh sorry wrong number. than an hour or so later, or even the next day a man calls and says ‘who is this’ and i tell them who i am and they say ’oh really sorry. saw this number on my wife/girlfriends phone and wanted to know who it was they were calling. course when they ask me who i am and i explain – simply because i want to hear them squirm – they decide i should be harmless. – and yes i have had this happen several times.

Ummm, who would forget that there is a piece of jewelry that they bought for someone else, sitting somewhere, that cost several thousand dollars?

Hey, lightenup! Thanks for mentioning that real blast from the past in your comment! I loved that song back when I was a teenager and haven’t heard it in years so I thought I’d look it up on YouTube . . . not only for myself but also for anyone else who maybe hasn’t heard it in a long time either, or for any others who have maybe never even heard of the song at all and would like to, just to see what you’re talking about. Enjoy everyone!!!!! ;-)

By the way . . .
Hi, rgcviper!
Hello and Happy Saturday, fellow Cathy fans. It was a beautiful day here in Southern Indiana with an unexpected high of 64° today! Of course, it’s all downhill again tomorrow (it is February, after all!) but it was really nice while it lasted!!! Hope everyone else here had a really nice day where you are too! :-)

It’s impossible to crank call someone now, most people don’t answer if you dial *67 to block caller id.
Hello Cathy friends!@lightenup You annoying? Never!
@GretchensMom, thanks for posting the video haven’t heard that song in forever! I wonder how many people had to change their number because of it. And it was a beautiful day in my section of Ohio.

Over-thinking things a bit, Cathy?
Although, if I were in her shoes, I’d really be wondering, too.
HI, MOM. Thanks for the video … good song!
