Quill is sharp. Drama Camp, but it will be Quill and Luann, Tiffany will be the odd person out! LOL

Not sure where this can lead. “Summer Camp” time for the northern hemisphere is shortly before final exam time in the southern hemisphere.One of the neat things about living south of the equator is that school years are the same as calendar years.If you didn’t know that, don’t feel embarrassed. It took me years before I realised that you Northern folks weren’t using the June summer break as a long mid-year sojourn.

Tiff’s got a plan remember? I’m not exactly sure how this step will “put him where only she can find him” but it leads me to believe she’s got the reaction she was hoping for.

A perfect way to get Quill back to the states. Luann, go for it! Time to make use of Tiffany instead of Tiff getting to run the show!

Yeah – I think Tiffany’s ahead of the game so far. She may have a plan to get Quill to drama camp in the U.S. – and she may also have a plan to keep Luann out.

Let Tiff pay for his trip over. Then at camp the drama really begins!

Quill needs to share his plan with Luann, so that they mutually plan and execute strategy against the Tiffster.

You got to admire Tiff for taking bull by the horns. SHE found and offered the link. She’s always working toward her (misguided) goals. When she grows up, her initiative will serve her well. Meanwhile, dear Luann sits on her rear and laments. Too bad. She and Quill could be making music without Tiff at a camp that she found. You know, the early bird gets the worm!

Wow, finally an interesting turn in this story arc; so many possibilities!

Why is there only one person wondering how the school/vacation schedule is going to work for both of them?

I have liked this comic strip since it started but, lately you can drag out a story longer than a daytime soap… Gettin tired…

Big question here is, How’s Tiffanny gonna get Quill to the U.S.? Does she have $$$$ for the airfare?^^Well, being that her Father’s credit card had a $7000 limit (in 1980s dollars) and lets his daughter use it as she likes, I would think money for airfare wouldn’t be difficult for Tiff to obtain.

I remember once at band camp, I used my flute to…..play beautiful music!

“She has just as much right to pursue a guy as Luann does.” Yeah, but the point is that she’s trying to get LUANN’S guy, not just any guy.

It’s possible Tiffany doesn’t get that there is really anything between Luann and Quill. It’s possible she thinks Luann is making it up, or is deluding herself. The idea that any man might choose Luann is kind of foreign to Tiffany. Heck, it’s even a little foreign to Luann.

Go get your own man Tiff and leave Luann and Quill alone! There are about a thousand different handsome, available men out there, take your pick!

Playing “gotcha” reveals that one has no idea about how fast these strips have to be executed.

Today, Hanna Barbera would be subject to endless criticism about their infinitely long interiors in Flintstones’ houses during a chase scene. And who runs with their hands at their sides? Damned hack cartoonists!

A couple days ago a reader noticed that the cone-shaped space formed by Luann’s legs (Please, no jokes) was colored differently than the rest of the background. Good catch, reader. Call placed, Universal corrected it. Done.

Like most of the newspaper industry, the proofing process is precariously thin or non-existent. Inevitably, mistakes get through for public consumption.

Somehow, I think Quill is thinking about he and Luann being able to continue their ‘music-making’. It is just the camp for the two of them, also.
