A plugger would have four wheel drive on that truck, besdieds the snow is only a few inchs deep, it looks deeper because of being pushed up by the plowdoor.
I remember an old ad showing a pair of headlights coming through a raging blizzard, and the caption asked “What does the man who drives the snowplow use to get to work?… The VW Super Beetle!”

What’s keeping the cold air out from inside the house without that door?

A real Plugger would own a blade attachment.

A real Plugger may not consider a blade atachment a wise investment if he only gets snowed in once every 15 years.

I have to confess to having done essentially the same thing using an old bridge timber chained to the bumper. Worked pretty well!
