I guess…. sigh…. I might have to eat this sandwich myself….
Unless Red walks in, or Brian speaks up….
Or anybody else…. but few show up this time of night….well, except the ordinary Ballard St toons….not that there’s anything ordinary about Ballard Street residents, toon or human. Or dog or monkey or cat….
I also have a couple of boxes of glass grapes that I planned to add to a pair of brass and crystal chandeliers that I planned to install in my master bath. All the parts are stored in one of the spare rooms (glass hummingbirds and butterflies too). If I ever did it my master bath would be a sight to see (but I’d have to hide the large photo I normally keep in there near the tub) to show the room to neighbors (or anyone else).
Ever have some one run up, drop to their knees, start prostrating themselves in front of you???I wish I did it would make me feel important. I just roll over and belly up. (Puts me in a good upward kicking motion when you bend over.) :-)))
Ahoy Ballardeers !I cannot tell you what a PIA it is not to be able to access, check out the goings on and comment, when I’d like to. I cannot wait to get home ! Susan, you better have a big plate of yak ribs ready for me and tell Fenton to make sure there is enough Redbreast Irish whiskey on hand !While the vitals on ship aren’t too shabby, and the liquor is abundant ( but costly ), I miss the company of the Tiki.I won’t tell you where I’ve been, or where I’m going, since many of you snowbound and frozen friends would hate me. if you knew. I shall be back on terra firma, Stateside on Thursday and should be back to my Ballard Street abode by Thurs. night. Needless-to-say, the first round is on me when I return….
@Shikamoo,I’m not as far off as they think (2 freeways only about a mile off) and right along the edge of my little subdivision, but I joined a Barony out in the West valley (Glendale, Surprise etc) to those people it is far. I chose Sundragon because there are many very artistic folks in it, and many of the fighters do rapier, which I like to watch. My lover, besides being great in his profession is also artistic; one of the things I love is to watch him play the piano and he prefers a musical play or opera with me to any spectator sports. That totally endears him to me.

Bev…
I’ve packed you some yak and (yak) cheese sandwiches for the trip.
And some home-made, cooked and strained yak and yellow squash, frozen in a couple of little Tupperware containers….
Stick ’em in their freezer….Gotta make sure this kid gets the right start!
(If his doctor has said he’s too young for strained meat….hey, they’re not bad for a snack…honest.)
