I think I’ve been guilty of this at some time or another. ;-)

Giving up coffee was easy for me - I never started.

Actually I gave up coffee. Most days I don’t drink coffee, and when I do, I mix leaded with unleaded 50/50.

I went cold turkey with coffee several years back and that started a chain of migraine headaches. Now I drink my morning coffee and have an occasional social cup. The migraines went back to their normal routine after that. Back then I was working the graveyard shift and was drinking coffee all night long.

Never drink coffe. Can’t stand the stuff. Mountain Dew, on the other hand…

It’s the only thing that gets rid of the migraines. But I balance it out with Sprite, so my brain thinks it’s getting caffiene half the time when it really isn’t. It helps some.

Scoffs! I drink the coffee that doesn’t bother me at all. I must have the coffee so I need to make my eyes open wide enough for the rest of the day!

Tia, if you give up the drink of the coffee, pour the coffee ground in the pot for plants.

doctortoon, technically, that would be a migraine. When you don’t get the amount of caffeine that you are used to, your blood vessels dilate, causing a migraine, by definition.

Wow, I didn’t know that that was a cause of migraines. I have had migraines, but that is because of diet. I don’t like coffee. So my caffeine levels are nice and low.

If the doctor told me I had to give up coffee, my response would be, “At least I’ll die happy!!!”

I was thinking Bustelo too. Nice flavor, strong and cheap.
