Here in Colorado the free market has done wonders to lower prices for the mildly regulated “medical” commodity. Dispensaries with a jump on the competition will be able to keep future entrants out, once the rules around non-medical sales are set. Zonker, you might be too late to realize your dream.

The marijuana and drug laws in this country are absurd and insane.

I was wondering when he’d finally get around to talking about this. Legalize, tax and regulate already. Finally a choice between a Chivas Regal in green and a Budweiser in green. Something for everyone.

Remember those days when we just knew that RJ Reynolds already had the trademark on “Acapulco Gold”?

Washington state did pass that new marijuana law recently. I hope they don’t start having DUI probs with pot on top of the issues they already have with booze. Don’t get me wrong I don’t think we should send people to prison for a couple of joints, that is not the point.

From what I’ve heard from Humboldt County, the pot market has crashed. You can’t give it away out there. Everybody’s up to their elbows in weed.
