According to the “About Heart of the CIty” section of this webpage, Kat, not Dean, is her best friend, yet she seldom, if ever, is in the strip. I personally enjoyed the strip much more when that script was followed; Tatulli has Lio for young boy adventures.

I don’t understand people who read a comic strip and then talk about it like it’s real life. Get a grip! And WHY do you moan and complain about the lead character?? If you don’t like it, don’t read it!
