Surprise, Jumbler….you’re one step closer to all expenses paid vacation at THE BIG HOUSE. Not sure where your dog will wind up but that’s the price you pay for tasting the bitter fruit from the weed of crime……
I was just thinking. In these present times, most people pay for things using a credit/debit card. This would mean that the Jumbler’s actual haul of cash wouldn’t be all that great.
This jumbler has a severe case of claustrophilia, a love of enclosed spaces. I’m sure a judge will oblige him by providing an enclosed space for him for some time.
Hmmm, I hope Jumbler, whom we’ve been led to believe is an intelligent fella has a backup plan in order to escape. If he goes out with a wimpy "ULP* that would be just as bad as measles silly end. Just thinking out loud. S.I.T.O.A.N.M.I..
That Costumed Crimefighter in that Other City would tell you that crooks intentionally leaving clues to their crimes makes his job a whole lot easier, too.
re: AtomivDog’s remarks: The weakest part of this story has been that Jumbler was always leaving clues about what his next heist would be. Was that to deliberately shorten the story arc? How much more fun this might have been if the same stuff just “happened” and Team Tracy had been left to figure out that (one) they were all related and (two) who this Jumber character was. Of course, how much longer the story arc might have been…with room for other diversionary stories intertwined…such as Moon Maid…
I’d like to see DT slap that idiot and take his dog. The dog is too good for that guy. He fought the law and the law won. Go to jail & do not collect the $200.
I’ve enjoyed the crossover story with Jumble. Wish our local paper carried both, but at least I’ve been able to do Jumble there and come here for my Tracy. As fantastic as this strip has become, it’s become as much of a daily ritual as Jumble.
I think he’d make a great companion animal.^^I think so, too. I tried to say help dog in general, to cover companion dogs, service dogs, and the like. He seems to be not only intelligent, but also loving and loyal.

Even Crypto knows that he’s getting time in the kennel…. he’s been a baaad doggy…… maybe some community service as a help dog, of some sort……

Another thing, I wonder if those 2 job seekers we saw at the start of this arc, will make a surprise appearance?

I thought that was a city bus. Obviously I was wrong, since no transit bus that I know of has luggage compartments. It’s a continental bus.
