The wall is white in the first two panels but a dark blue in the last one and I assume they didn’t move from the pub to the hospital in less than two seconds.

You notice how the nurses in Andy Capp are never the kind men have nurse fantasies about? (A better nurse and Stan’s prognosis would be better despite Andy and Chalkie! Although possibly the beer itself is a MINOR contributor to Stan’s downhill trendline on his chart?)

The new Photobucket site is not meshing with Firefox, and I’ve lost the one-click download ability. Anyone know a fix, or a site that works better with Firefox?

..on another odd note, my heritage on my mother’s side is Ukrainian. They always say from The Ukraine, not from Ukraine. Now, people may say ‘from the old country,’ but nobody says from The Scotland or from The Norway or from The France, but the Ukrainians always say from The Ukraine…go figure…

Number Six unless things have changed, you won’t get any info from gocomics on Lady Shades. Another poster disappeared on us, on gocomics was of no help, but his daughter posted under the avatar and told us he had passed away. Some of us have a network set up with a trusted family member or friend in case something should happen to one of us. Perhaps you who are close here should consider that, if you haven’t already.

I know I’m not here much, and should maybe not say this, but don’t fight guys, okay? This is a nice place to come to.

I didn’t mention anything about Vietnam or any other war, and will not on this strip.
