Assistant: Mr. Kibbitz? Reince Priebus on line two. Sid: Who? Assistant: He says he's chair of the Republican National Committee? Sid: Oh, that Reince Priebus. Put him on hold. Then, in about 20 minutes, disconnect him. When he calls back, tell him I'm in meetings all day. Assistant: Okay. Why? Sid: This is my town! Nobody cold-calls me!

If you take out the vowels of the Chairman’s name, you get RNC PR BS. NewsCorpse.com figured that one out…

Colbert said RP’s name was really from one of the daily “Jumble” puzzles.

The Reince Priebus whose advice all the Republicans ignore?

I thought Reince Priebus was the scientific name for the taint.

Colbert said Reince Priebus was an anagram for Brie Penis Cure. A remedy for ED using soft cheese.

As long as the voter falls for it, this approach works. The pubic has a short attention span as it – hold it – I have a message coming in.

I am sure that there are many in the Republican Party who think Reince Priebus is some sort of horrible virus , as well. Considering how badly he managed the 2012 fiasco. One can only assume, that nobody else was foolish enough to take the job !

Doesn’t Reince remember for whom he works? No, not the RNC; the wealthy. You don’t call them, they call you.

When you see an emotionally disturbed screaming and ranting in the parking lot of a shopping mall, your main goal is not to hit him with your car because the paperwork would be such a hassle. You know who I am talking about.

True Story:Several Years ago, I worked as a Care assistant in a local nursing home for elderly patients with mental impairment (mainly Alzheimer’s). One resident, had the most severe case of ‘Obsessive / Compulsive’ disorder I have ever seen. In his inner world, for example, all his clean laundry had to be folded exactly right and filed precisely in the correct place. Consequently, he regarded any suggestion that folding a vest across and then top-bottom, rather than his perfectionist method of top-bottom then across as completely unreasonable. Clearly, any sane person can see that how your vest is folded is of trivial importance. However this was not true to him and any attempts to reason with him were useless, and if you tried to change how his vests were folded (for example), he would get most distressed and angry. Some staff at the nursing home failed to understand that his illness was such that gently explaining the exact positioning of furniture (to the millimetre) was pointless, which just irritated him more. However, if you left him alone, in his personal (if obsessively ordered) world, he was kind and occasionally useful. He was good at laying tables for meals. The cutlery may always have been an exact number of millimetres away from the table mats (and the table mats always precisely aligned with the table and facing the right way). Left in peace, he was a pleasant resident to care for, as soon as you impinged (rightly or wrongly) on his obsessively ordered world he became angry and confused. This post is not about the strip (unfortunately) but does have a certain relevance to some comments posted repeatedly and repeatedly, ad nauseum, that also have minimal relevance to the strip.

Yesterday you posted the following comment:-Today we add Anne Smedinghoff to those murdered at Benghazi. -Barack H. Obama is a failed leader.-I replied with the following post:-I am going to give you a chance to explain your statement. Anne Smedingoff was killed in Afghanistan, not in Benghazi. But you choose to word your statement as if she was in Libya.Second, this was not an attack on diplomatic site. This was a press event at a boys school that was open to the public. It was a suicide attack. Here is a partial list of all attacks on US diplomatic missions going back to the Eisenhower Administration. By your standards, every President since Ike is a failure:http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorist_attacks_on_U.S.diplomatic_facilities#section2- I then added the following 2 posts:-Interestingly enough, a great number of these attacks took place when Reagan was President.-Just took another look at the list. By your standards, JFK and LBJ weren’t failures.-You then posted:-Good to have you onboard..The death of Anne Smedinghoff shall not go without notice.-My last post was:-You still haven’t explained your statement. Taking into account the long history of attacks on US diplomatic sites, how is Obama a failure – and for the sake of argument – Reagan isn’t?How is a suicide bomber attack at a boys’ school in a remote part of Afghanistan Obama’s fault?-You still haven’t replied to my last post.

I asked you a straight forward question, can you give a straight forward answer?

Nice lie. The President was never legally named Barry Soetoro. There are no known court records to show it was ever legally changed back to Obama, because it never was changed to begin with, loony SGT. You should take your own advice and put down the Kool-aid.

“Cold-call”? …How does Garry Trudeau know the hip slang and jargon used in all the worlds he depicts – Hollywood, the media, the army, college kids, school rooms, board rooms, rapsters, the clueless, the snooty, the down-and-outs? Okay, he doubtless has a team working for him, but still, he really seems to capture the psychology of these people. He should get an award for his portrayal of what our vets have to deal with.
crabjuice over 11 years ago
You wouldn’t know facts if they slapped you in the back of the head. Where does it say his name was legally changed? Where is the proof? Having some information filled out in some school form means nothing, legal or otherwise.

I see that you are a delusional, blindly partisan Obama hater.
