Zebra: Listen, Larry. You might as well stop chasing me. I'm much faster than you on land. Your only advantage is in the water. And it would take a pretty brilliant plan to get me to jump in there. Larry: Help. Me drowning.
Zebra should do what I would do if I saw Djugashvili, Schicklgruber, or Walter O’Malley drowning…toss him a 50 pound bag of quick-drying cement!! (I’ll leave it for Steph to determine how that bag gets to Zebra!)
Redkaycei, there is a species of freshwater crocodile; it’s called the “freshwater crocodile.” They are found in northern Australia. I read your comment and thought you were incorrect. It took me approximately four seconds to find a Wikipedia article about the species and about fifty seconds to read a more credible article to verify. Please try to take a few seconds in the future to make sure you are correct before correcting someone else about a trivial fact.

Since Zebra has hooves, I really think he should try to stomp Larry to death. Might be hard to make that funny, though.
Well, he should have rear hooves, at least. Hard to tell with these cartoon animals walking around on two legs.

Did Larry just invite Zeeba to help him drown?
cubswin2016 over 11 years ago
If the zebra falls for this, he is dumber than Charlie Brown trying to kick the football.

Ha! Now Zeeba has driven Croc out of the Occupied Territory and into the Ocean where he is going to cruelly let him drown! The Horror…. The Horror…

As I said, tiny sand bar and still Larry will fail.

This would be a good time for the dolphins to appear, take care of Larry, and then escort Zebra back to land. Whistling Enya tunes the whole way.

like Baldrick, Croc had a “cunning plan”

I will admit, if Larry were this freshwater crocodile, his diet wouldn’t include zebras, but let’s be honest, we’ve never seen Larry eat a zebra.

C’mon Larry! You’re on an island the size of a pitcher’s mound. You’ll never have a better chance of catching Zebra!

That island shrunk so much in the last panel
