I’m rather surprised that Burl hasn’t donned his Civil Defense hat and inserted himself into crowd control. And of course, his whole statement is oxymoronic (with emphasis on the “moron” part) because he really doesn’t have a life at all.
They have lives.. Of course they do we all do , it’s called being NOSY I bet they are the king and queen of rubber neckers and causing accidents themselves oblivious to what’s going on around them. No concern for anyone but themselves.

Too typical of Joy and Burl (even to those old style of metal chair which would not allow the trunk to close).
