I can’t decide whether I’m relieved or disappointed that I was wrong about the submerged treasure cave. -Oh well, lookin’ forward to tomorrow’s dose of unpredictability.
*This is either a very weird dream … or they found some really bizarre undersea civilization."
No doubt it is a dream, only it’s the female opposite of Rip’s dream that happened just before Christmas. Hers is happening a week (and one day) before Mother’s Day.
No dream…she passed out in the river and this is where she woke up…kinda like fuddy duddy predicted except instead of a cave it’s this amazing mysterious palace.
It’s Rip’s Fortress of Solitude, a place that he’s kept secret even from Cobra, but it’s an emergency and, well, they just happened to be in the neighborhood.
Fun fact: The word “wherefore” means “why”, not “where”. In R&J, she was looking at him when she said it, so asking him where he was wouldn’t make sense. She was asking him why he had to be a Montague.

It feels like Cobra woke up in a scene from a Nestle’s Chocolate commercial.
