Just stepped out to wet his whistle at the Quill and Sword.

Those do look like “the fretful porpentine”, not hedgehogs. If Mr Parisi is American—they don’t have hedgehogs, so yeah I’d go with porcupines.

Staying indoors would be pointless.

I thought sharks and hedgehogs (though I’ve never seen the latter). Like my cockatoo, I prefer not to have any fall on me.
