I’ve never seen a Wikipedia entry or a published cast of characters. Stay tuned and you will figure it out. The main characters are Will, the pit bull; Kenny, the half-witted husky; Iggy, the hypochondriac chihuahua; Tucker, the tech-savvy Schnauzer; Oliver the Great; all males, and Cocoa the voluptuous bit… er, girl doggie; and Wheeler the bird of prey (who looks like a woodpecker-finch cross.

Even dog lovers can not afford every puppy in the world.

They are going to end up blind though being down there.

Spay/neuter the average dog, leave the dog breeding to responsible non-factory breeders and unwanted puppies would be reduced.

I doubt that Cocoa is the mother… she’s never shown any interest in any of the males. I expect that the puppies were just foundlings.

What Mazing and Mowog said. And these puppies have never appeared on the strip before (AFAIK) and are likely to be a one-off just to get the message across.
