I do. I tried to cancel it but they can’t find an account in my name or attached to my credit card and yet I get billed every month. Until they can find the account, they can’t cancel the charge.

I started with free dial up AOL in 04 (it took forever to download anything). Then I switched to our phone provider soon after and never turned back.

I miss all those CD’s that they and everybody else used to mail to your house to try and get you to use their product. Hear that if you hang those in your cherry trees it will keep the birds away.

I started with AOL before I left Canada, but haven’t used it since leaving.

I first went online in 1999. Can proudly say I never used AOL as an ISP. Started with Earthlink dial-up, moved to BellSouth dial-up a couple of years later. Upgraded to their DSL when it became available in my area in 2003. Bellsouth got sold to AT&T, and I was using their DSL until a little over a year ago, when they announced they were going to start capping usage. Moved to a small, locally owned DSL provider who even ADVERTISES the fact that they don’t cap! And now when I have an issue, when I call, I get someone LOCAL, not someone from India! Still have a few of the drink coasters AOL used to mail out though, they are pretty handy!

I still use my AOL email account, to much of a pain in the ass to change it to another provider. It’s free so who cares

Since my computer use only peaked in the past few years, I’ll go with no. Not sure what AOL even is, but I do remember being sent countless CD’s.

I never used it although the disks were good for a variety of uses around the house and reflections from them freaked out my poor cockatoo.

Never had an AOL account (we used Prodigy in those ancient times) but I did have an AIM account.
