Thanks for the lift! Bottlenose dolphins have been known to take rides on the heads of humpback whales! Oh great pumpkin! Locals in Bokaro, India, began worshiping a 190 pound pumpkin in March 2013, believing it to be a reincarnation of a Hindu God. All done! The Hachikyo Seafood Restaurant in Sapporo, Japan, issues fines to customers who don't finish their meals!

If I ever go to Japan, I’ll be sure not to go to that Sapporo eatery. But if I do, I’ll be sure to eat every morsel. As for the Indian pumpkin idol, it won’t be long until it becomes compost.

Interesting about Hachikyo Restaruant “…the working conditions for fishermen are harsh and so dangerous that it’s not unknown for lives to be lost. To show our gratitude and appreciation for the food they provide, it is forbidden to leave even one grain of rice in your bowl. Customers who do not finish their tsukko meshi must give a donation.”From http://en.rocketnews24.com/2013/02/13/sapporo-restaurant-fines-customers-who-dont-finish-every-last-bite/

Some people simply need or want to believe there’s more out there. Most people, one way or another, can’t accept the fact they’re here for a short time and it’s all over. They simply MUST believe that there is more to it than this. They just can’t accept that there is an end to it.So, most believe that the next phase or what ever you want to call it, is better than this one. Except for those that don’t follow certain rules of course. But in general, what ever it is, is always MUCH better than this one. Why, it just HAS to be.That’s what bugs me about people that give religious people a hard time. So what? Let them believe what they want, a lot of people, most people in fact, just feel a NEED to believe in something. That’s WHY it’s called “faith”.
