When I’m in bed not doing my work, I usually don’t wear my sunglasses.

I don’t want you all to be disappointed on Labor Day; according to Blowback, which I assume is in the know, GBT will return with new strips on Sunday 9/8. He may actually take the holiday week off for a well-deserved vacation.

Wow! Has to work a whole THREE hours a day! How horrible!!! No wonder his generation is still in a lot of basements.

Since Peanuts’ creator expired years ago, it will always be in reruns.

If you are going to be a troll, at least try to be interesting, amusing, or creative. Relevance would help also. Otherwise, people will think you’re just an angry, bitter crank with no other outlet.

Speaking of reruns, don’t forget Cul-de-Sac. The gentle humor of that strip will amaze you. The strip went into reruns about a year ago because the author contracted Parkinson’s disease.

Since a previous poster decided to compare GT taking time off to the President, I figured I should post some facts.President Obama has taken 101 vacation days (including the trip to Martha’s Vineyard last week) up to this point in his Presidency. George W. Bush had taken 367 vacation days at the same point in his Presidency. Only President in modern history (starting with FDR) to have taken fewer vacation days in his Presidency at a similar point was Bill Clinton. -http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2013/aug/12/al-sharpton/al-sharpton-defends-obama-family-vacation-saying-g/-As per cost to the tax payer, the White House expense budget in 2011 – last year data is available – was $1.4 billion. In 2008, the last full year George W Bush was in office, it was nearly $1.6 billion. White House expenditure was $200 million LESS than it was 3 years earlier. Here is a confirmation of this figure from the conservative website Daily Caller:-http://dailycaller.com/2012/10/08/how-it-costs-taxpayers-1-4-billion-a-year-to-fund-the-white-house/

Why doesn’t Trudeau just kill Jeff off? He is a lazy, good-for-nothing slacker with an exaggerated sense of self-importance. He leeches off of people and provides nothing in return. Everytime I see him in the strip, I just skip it.
