Turn a warehouse into condos? Money pit! There is WAY too much involved just in insulation, electrical and plumbing alone, not to mention ventilation and if it has an elevator. Windows are broken and probably not even double pane. And walls look like concrete block with no finish – What’s to save for that purpose. Leave it as a CAT HOUSE ;-D
