I hate cheerleaders.

Hmm… those kids in Oklahoma were “bored”, and look what they did to “entertain” themselves.

Agnes seems to me more of a sedate hooligan than a wild one. How does she keep that pencil in her hair?

I’m always fascinated by the concept that we must entertain our youth to avoid them becoming monsters.-The ones in Oklahoma who shot and killed an Aussie had plenty of other things they could have been doing like mowing the yards of the aged and infirm, picking up litter beside the roadway, practicing a capella singing, reading their bibles or korans, learning how to read, teaching others to read.-They just thought it would be more fun to kill..-I knew of some children who enjoyed darting out in front of cars to make them slam on brakes. -My neighbor informed their mother. -Her response was, “What else is there to do around this little hick town?”-Two days later one of them was plastered against a windshield because the driver didn’t stop in time.-PROBLEM SOLVED.—--

Don’t do it, Agnes. Don’t become a wild hooligan. We love you and would miss you.

You’ve put your finger on it, there at the end. None of the other things you’d mentioned are “fun.” (Not to imply that killing is MY idea of “fun” either.)

Have you ever seen The River’s Edge? The movie is a fiction, true, but it was taken from a real-file incident. Bored adolescents WILL find outlets to “entertain” themselves, yet they are very poor judges of what entertainments may be dangerous (to themselves and others).

Many if not most of the teenagers who engage in “hooliganism” eventually grow out of it, so letting them kill themselves off in a Darwinian attempt to improve the gene pool is misguided. Teenagers take dangerous risks; it’s part of the process.

In short, we don’t entertain our youth lest they become monsters, we entertain them because they are monsters (hormonally speaking)…

It isn’t a law or it’s the supreme law, the most recent and yet oldest amendment to the Constitution

so you think Agnes has too much testosterone? Agressiveness is not murderousness.

Agnes & Trout could draw those nasty tats on each other and then run wild in the streets. …. Face it Agnes. You woulldnt have enough time to do the other things.
