Andy and Chalkie are old enough, they should be singing that Cole Porter tune: FRIENDSHIP

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<,If you’re ever in a jam, here I am.If you’re ever in a mess, S.O.S.If you’re so happy, you land in jail. I’m your bail. It’s friendship, friendship, just a perfect blendship. When other friendships are soon forgot, ours will still be hot.Da da da da da da dig dig dig.If you’re ever down a well, ring my bell.If you’re ever up a tree, just phone to me.If you ever loose your teeth when you’re out to dine, borrow mine. It’s friendship, friendship, just a perfect blendship. When other friendships are soon forgeet, ours will still be great.Loddle doddle chuck chuck chaa.If they ever black you’re eyes, put me wise.If they ever cook your goose, turn me loose. And if they ever put a bullet through your brain, Ill complain. It’s friendship, friendship, just a perfect blendship. When other friendships are soon forgit, ours will still be it.Ah loddle doddle hip hap hap.If you ever loose your mind, I’ll be kind. And if you ever loose your shirt, I’ll be hurt.If you’re ever in a mill and get sawed in half, I won’t laugh. It’s friendship, friendship, just a perfect blendship. When other friendships are are up the crick, ours will still be slick.Ah loddle doddle woof woof woof, hep hep hep, chopp chop chop, dig dig dig.Good evening friends

The BCA receives a large number of enquiries, and its website has a page of “Frequently Asked Questions” at www.cartoons.ac.uk/faq If you have asked a question that can be answered from this page, you may not get a further response."i went to that Page. there was one question about why my fav artist isn’t represented kinda thing. i followed that linc, to “www.cartoons.ac.uk/uncatalogued-collections” but that was a Red Herring.

@beviekNever was a Lucy fan, but I seem to remember a Disney version of “Friendship” somewhere or other (Donald, Goofy, and Mickey, I think). I had a bat in MY house the other night, the first time I’d ever even seen a bat in the neighborhood let alone flying around right in my living room while I was trying to watch “Duck Soup.” (If Groucho were there he’d probably have cracked “What did you expect, a duck?”)

When I see those shots I get the urge to go outside and see if they are out…….. but when I do my hope that somebody has gone into deep hiding and is just starting to show again is dashed. That is the camera I need to replace and I do like the quality. The last one I tried (supposed to be an improvement) just didn’t cut it. The one I ordered will get here about the sixth. The stuff I order from the ‘Zon usually comes ahead of schedule. I will be a harsh taskmaster with this one too; it don’t satisfy it goes back ! It goes down to 80 ISO, like my current one. I nearly always use the 80 setting for best resolution. I can set a shutter delay for low light and even have a tripod. I have all the bath window pics on the computer now. The rabbit shots took precedence. -I don’t know “who is after the house” ? Ken and Aunt told me that he and Ron worked in the basement Sunday; so something is happening. I did some tidying up, quite a bit akshully, but that place is dated, especially the kitchen appliances and the room itself. Someone could easily put twenty or thirty grand into remodeling if not an outright scrapeoff and do over of all of it. We might get our windows before the nineteenth. The weather will still be good by then.

Did I confuse you with the “Who is after the house?” part as you put a question mark beside it. Sorry if I did. I actually meant to say “Who is going to move into it?” Well we all have our off days. -I only use the camera on my phone as I’m not that much of a ‘photographer’ But I do upload photos on the computer and edit them. I just mess around with the different editing tools like ‘crop’ and the effects which can blur the edges and turn the whole picture into pixels. It’s only something I do when I’m bored. No other reason. -I’m glad the weather has been nice for you. I hope it stays that way. It’s been fine here.-I hope your Tuesday is a good one.

@MY BUD GWEEDO from last night, I understand about the little bunnies. Once, we rescued a baby Robin! TALK ABOUT NOT KNOWING SHISE! But we saved it, and set if free, and off it went into the “Wild Blue Yonder” when it was time for it to fly. And all this with 2 wonderful Mutts in the house. Both had hunting dog breeds within their Muttsiness! But they just looked in the cage, never tried to attack the Robin or anything, just curious.

I like Gary Sinise very much, and then when I found out what he does for Vets, I REALLY started to respect him. I also loved how in the TV show CSI NY, when they showed him in his office HE ALWAYS had a picture of Ronald Reagan on his desk, in every episode for 9 years. BTW, hubby is a Vet of the 82nd Airborne. Don’t think I ever told you that.

I too think Gary Sinese is da bomb! Not only Forrest Gump but all the movies he has been in…However, him in “Of Mice and Men” is one of my favorites…but then anything by Steinbeck rocks…

DO Menschin’ It Dept. :ONE thing about growin’ a Briar Patch is to have the correct Water; that would be the One on yer LEFT.

note: under NO circumstances use the Tap on yer other left, or one labeled “Mouse” to fill yer Radiator

I am glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t have the new strips. Maybe it’s solar flashes or something. My satellite T.V. as been acting weird all night – electronic glitches – and my laptop is not right. The weather is calm and not raining so who knows. I’m giving it 5 more minutes then heading for the harbor and grab some zzzzzz’s
