    Sister doesn’t look amused. Oh well, Andy needs a wee kip.

    Excellent strip today, very much as Smythe would have done, no complaints from me

    The original strip today was quite good for a change. But Chalkie j’s inspired additions were hilarious! (Now maybe Sister can borrow one of Florrie’s rolling pins……..)

    @Gweedo Murray

    Gweedo Murray said (via Great Qwee-dough’s Ghost), about 11 hours ago

    That guy is all up in my bidniss !-I can’t imagine you being retired at only 18 ! I was retired at twenty one myself. Don’t know why I waited so long.-Not quite ‘lashy’, but light-medium and sometimes heavy. Verry persistent with short breaks.-Thank you. All my shots are for public viewing. I would not intentionally put up stuff that would be offensive or very private despite the tongue-in-cheeky stuff I have said at the comics. -Didn’t know that it had been around that long (1986). Think I was rolling through Nebraska on my way home when the Bob and Tom clip that contained that song was played. I got a kick out of it. I was on my way home, for sure. I play rock, country, jazz, NPR and this time, some neat rap type song on the colored station while in the Chicagoland area. Stayed with that one for 45 minutes to an hour before hopping off to the next new thrill. Played a few CDs while on the road too.-Friday was good. I’m still in one fully functional piece !The rain finally quit, with a sprinkle in the evening; just enough to keep me en guard ! I took these flood shots with the new camera. I am not entirely pleased with the image quality when I enlarge, but find the almost instantaneous readiness for the next shot refreshing. The old cam feels like a looong time before it’s ready for the next go. It has a lithium battery and I bought two spares. Despite that some reviewers said that it comes without an external charger, mine did. Just under 240.00 total. It qualified for free shipping.-Here is the last of my Flood pic additions.

    Another reason is because I couldn’t really keep up with Chalkie J and Sandfan. Whenever I found a classic matching the current day strip I would see that Sandfan or Chalkie J had got there before me. That doesn’t mean to say I don’t appreciate all of the classics which Chalkie J and Sandfan post. They made excellent choices.-I know you wouldn’t do that. I’m afraid I couldn’t view your last additional photos it said I had to sign into Yahoo. I’ve never thought of making an online photo gallery. I don’t think I need to really since most of my photos are in my picture folder.-Are the reviews you look at the sort which have up to 5 star ratings? After I chose to go on the medication which I’ve been taking since April… I looked at reviews by people who were also on it and I saw a lot of positive reviews which were 5 or 4 and 1/2 star rated but then I came across some ‘horror story’ reviews also. I was mainly looking at the negative ones just in case…-You have great taste in music. I love music from the 40’s, 50’s, 70’s…etc. I’m a bit ‘old school’ How was Nebraska?Hope your new camera lasts for an exceptionally long time!-Happy Saturday to you.

    @anybodyAre all hospital nurses in the UK referred to as “Sister”? I thought that was just in Catholic hospitals where many of the nurses are nuns. Pardon my ignorance.

    @ Great Gweedo’s GhostI could not view the latest batch of pics…had to sign into yahoo, then it wouldnt load your pics…says gweedo murray (with or without the space) was not to be found…then said I hadnt uploaded anything, then some other b.s. and I finally gave up…As long as you are safe, and you are dry, then pics arent necessary. Hope Eddie is safe and well. Eventually, he will get used to your presence, but your leaving for Buffalo so soon after becoming acquainted left him confused I bet, but maybe he will become semi-domesticated. Sure hope so for both your sakes. I think you two need each other…
