Has anyone priced dry milk powder? It is more expensive than rhe real thing! I used to keep some of the dry around for cooking purposes, but have not bought any for years because of the price.

Had to go to the calculator and the flyers. Depending upon the milk you buy (regular vs. organic or microfiltered) the powdered milk is still cheaper. Its just that your savings might be less if you compare it to the higher end milk. .And ewwwwww! Skim milk! I refuse to drink what I call blue milk. In Canada (or at least in BC), skim milk is 0% fat. There is nothing creamy about it. I go as low as 1% milk, sometimes 2% if I want a little more richness.

The Jim Beam sterilizes the bowl after the dog eats from it. But I’m not sure that Trout’s Mom realizes that.
