I’m glad to say that I(although I’m definitely a ‘Plugger’)that I do not require such a device. About the only medication I take is a couple of aspirin for the occasional headache(other than my wife)and a decongestant at night to aid with my breathing.
I use pillboxes divided into 7 days X 4 times a day (a.m,, p.m., eve., and bedtime). Then I ignore the 4-times bit and count out my meds 28 days at a time. It saves having to open six or seven bottles each day.

I used to use one of these,but when I got up to 17 pills a day I just leave them in bottle now.Such a Pain.

OR a diabetic’s calendar.My husband has one for all his meds, Including the ones to try and prevent further strokes.

they make a super duper size to hold up to 22 pills a day. found it at walmart. works great….

And the little blue pill …it never makes it into one of those…it doesn’t need to cause it already knows when Saturday night is!
