Well, at least the “triplet” boys’ parents and the boys themselves won’t forget the birthday.

Hey, in Ontario that is the only day you are allowed to have babies.

Maybe 9 months earlier is poppa’s birthday. :-)

Family members started doing some calculations and they believe conception for all three took place on December 4 — Mifsud’s birthday.

“We dated it back. That’s the boyfriend’s birthday, so this year, we’re taking him fishing,” Grandfather Duane Hebert chuckled.

Congratulations to the Mifsud family, but so far, my family in Arkansas has you beat by 1! My three brothers and I were all born on October 27 but different years — in 1954, 1956, 1959 and 1963. We made it into Ripley’s in 1964. The birth of our little sister broke the string.

Last March, I toured New Zealand and spent my last night at the Jailhouse Accommodation in Christchurch, a hostel indeed converted from a jail. It was more comfortable than some other places on the tour.

I’m surprised that one of the three siblings wasn’t named “Elmer”
