so bob still isn't convinced that victoria is real maybe he's right, deah um...what? she lives 1000 miles away now, right? right so if what yaw have is real, why ah yaw still yeah? for sale sign at house to be movingly continued
I don’t know if Victoria has family in Georgia, but it wouldn’t really be fair to take the kids so far from their grandparents, especially when they already lost their mother. Still, it would be a brave move for a comic strip to have such a major change of location! (He’d better find a house that’s big enough for a horse to live in it!)
For always and ever it’s getting betterI feel your steps with mineI’m moving on like it said in the letterAnother place, another time
You gotta feel and take every chanceYou did the right thingDrove a thousand miles awayOut of trace and in another timeYou did the wrong thingAnd brought it back in your mindWhy’s that so unkind?
Indeed it does. Sounds like the perfect way to get people’s attention—especially if they’re busily staring into their phones and whack their heads on it!
They need to locate around Savannah if we are to see Capt. Eddie. Don’t think there is enough water in the Chattahoochee – four miles from my house – for his tall tales.
Joe’s mom, Flo, has a point. Long distance relationships don’t work. And if he’s serious enough to move to another state then he should consider just buying a ring and popping the question.
.This is what Bob’s over-the-top skepticism was leading up to? A (fairly poignant) remark by their mother that get Joe’s priorities straight?
If there is to be a change like this, what of the wonderful characters left behind, particularly Captain Eddie and ouah Down East waitress. The New England dialect is near extinct and I’d hate to see it go extinct here.
First move since coming to Maine w the family to be near Mom… How many years has that been? Could introduce some interesting arcs. I would like to see Danae get a teacher who inspires her.
I don’t like this turn of events at all. Seriously? Disrupt the entire life of yourself and your family on the spur of the moment to follow a woman who rather deliberately moved far away from you? Bad decision, Joe. And highly irresponsible of Mom to prod him into it.
What is really keeping him here? His Mother? his Brother? his job? go to her …marry her….Danae and Katy will either stay with Grandma or adjust to the move.
Except it never WAS continued, was it, @wiley? Just like Homer the Reluctant Soul and Ordinary Basil and the Ekert and Jill and every other plotline, you dropped this storyline without warning or completion.

Sometimes it takes a woman to point out the obvious… If you love it, put a ring on it.

Okay first Victoria’s cousin, now Victoria. Why are they all leaving the state?
js305 about 11 years ago
All I can say is leave Texas alone. We like all the others right where they are!
Danae is adaptable…to anything that comes along. She wants to be president…right????

Susie is Danae’s sister, a sort of link between Danae and Dad when Danae is, well, being Danae.
