25 years getting up at 3am to go to work and I totally understand. And I did go to bed early. 7pm every night. But the human body just isn’t made to wake up hours before sun rise.

6 AM? That would be great, getting to sleep in an extra hour.

I had many years of getting up at 6:30 or 7. Now, I rarely get up before 10, and sometimes push it to noon. This morning, I had the excuse of snow to stay home from church. It is still snowing.

5:35 am. 6:10 am on Saturdays. I can find the snooze button in my sleep. The only clock that gets me out out a nice, warm, comfy bed…. is the alarm clock on the other side of the room.
