I have to wonder just what kind of Cenozoic creature that could be. It’s bipedal and has arms, not wings. When Bill Watterson drew dinosaurs, you could tell exactly what species he had in mind, but in this case, the only safe thing to say is that this is a non-avian theropod. Conclusion: It’s a fake ID.
