I don’t remember Nick and Kate being related to Tank. That sounds so Beetle Bailey/Hi & Lois-ish. We had many readers saying nice things about Second Chances after we ended the strip, so we decided to move them into Tank as neighbors. So in Tankworld, Kate and Tank are not siblings.
Frasier Crane on “Cheers” once called thongs a “medieval torture device” so I can understand Tank wanting to charge a “prohibitive” price to wear one……
Thhe problem is, both Kate and the girlfriend, whatever her name is, look very similar to each other. The only real way I can tell them apart is if Kate’s husband is in the panel as well.
