Yes there are people out there with worse problems, but that doesn’t mean your problems are unimportant. The best thing to do is to see what you can do to fix the problems you have, and also be thankful for the good things you have.
Good for Agnes, thinking about not just the billions worse off than she is but the one very worst off. Even if she could aid that one, the most pitiable would just shift. She’s actually much closer to the top than the best. .At least nobody is shooting her in the head for going to school even if she seems to not appreciate it and she is allowed to walk around freely without being suspended from soccer goal posts.. Lucky girl, all things considered.
I could, but better not. I recently retired from a public school. At my retirement breakfast, I jokingly said, “Now I can write my tell-all book!”, no one laughed!
Thanks, Susan, you’re a gem..Most who complain about public schools blame the poor results often seen on the evil teachers and their imaginary plot to destroy America for unspecified reasons. .I am glad you chose not to do that today although it concerns me. Are you feeling well today?.One wonders how you might propose improving the system while working with real students and real parents, but we can ponder that further when you are back to your normal self.

And what body part did he have to give up?.On the news tonight – Canada has fallen to 13th place in world standings for math. (15 year olds were tested). The USA is at 36th place. I don’t know if that’s an improvement or not for the USA.
