Here in Florida, we’re training the ants to eat the pythons. And vice versa. Should be interesting.

They can be smug in the winter, but in the summer when it’s 100 degrees and 100% humidity for 12 straight weeks, then it’s our turn to be smug.

Not worried about pythons or fire ants here in San Diego. Just fire.

People here in Texas aren’t all that smug when the temperature hits triple digits and the humidity turns every place into a sauna.

The only place the weather is perfect all the time is the Garden of Eden and we ain’t gettin’ back in there anytime soon. However, Texas is almost as good.

I’m fond of inland San Diego county – winter temps range from 34 to 75; summer from 70 to 90. Neither is impossible to live with, and no humidity to boot!

Don’t forget the old joke about the Texan and the Rhode Islander. Texan: “I can get in my car at one edge of my ranch and drive all day without reaching the other edge.” Reply by Rhode Islander: “Yeah, I used to have a car like that myself.”

That has been tried: http://www.pythonchallenge.org/over 1600 participants were able to capture 68 pythons – not as easy a quest as it sounds!

People out west have to set their clocks earlier? I thought he meant time zones, but then west would be later… what? I don’t get that part.

I totally get the thing with the fire ants though.
