We can all thank our pitiful school systems and politicians for Rat’s “Black-Out”. Politicians do NOT want a smart electorate; otherwise we wouldn’t fall for all the usual “Bread & Circuses”…. As long as the Bud and the chips are cheap, and the TV really stupid; they’re home free….

Wouldn’t the continent’s be the blackness and the oceans be blue, or does Rat know that he can blot out the ocean because of fishermen.

Hey, wow, Rat’s either the Flash or Quicksilver. He filled up a map of where stupid people were by running around the world in record time to ensure there was a stupid person at each spot. Oh, but he forgot to erase each dot after he left those spots.

Actually, every person in the country, standing 3’ apart, would only fill one state, and it isn’t even one of the big ones, it would be Indiana or Illinois.
