At least they don’t look like two angry beavers.

Apparently being the star of one of the world’s most popular comic strips does not mean that you can afford to go to a “flush” school. But Nate does. So does Luann (attend a “flush” school).Another rock-solid argument in favor of income equality…

@TrollbridgeThis isn’t particularly relevant to school photographs, of course, but it’s worth saying, since the U.S. is very far from having achieved this goal, and won’t get any closer as long as the wealthy resist taxation as strongly as many of them have been doing.

Nah, the rich aren’t interested in creating poverty. They want to gain wealth. Many don’t even want to use humans at all for workers because machines generally do a better job..I think it was Carnegie who first paid an employee more than a million dollars per year because everybody thought he was stingy. His response was that he would pay anybody a million dollars if they could make him more than a million dollars.Poor, hungry, sick, homeless, unskilled people have little use to Plutocrats.

Money does not control this country or any other. In fact, all money is imaginary, deriving its influence from the fact so many desire it for its influence over others who desire it for its influence over yet others who desire it for . . .The people who have much money can influence more people or those who come at a higher price.Politicians come at a higher price because so many competing interests are trying to get them to favor opposing results. For example, those who have to pay workers would want them as cheap as possible, whereas those who earn profits via sales want the consumers to have as much disposable income as possible.
