Sounds like my nephew. I was over at his house one time and watched him eat a large pizza by himself without offering a piece to anyone..served him right he got sick later that day.
I actually had a college cross country teammate who had the nickname “everyone.” Another guy on the team had something he wanted to say, and he said, “Hey everyone.” everyone turned to look at him, at which point he said, "Oh, I was just talking to “teammate A”." At which point, “teammate A” gained the nickname “Everyone.”
