That’ll work…The Leaf War" Like you have any control of leaves. The neighbors direct their leaves to blow only in the Penny’s yard…on purpose. (wouldn’t you?)
mikie2 not fair to other neighbors. Better to sneak into the Penny’s home and rig the heat to put out too much co2 problem solve. wear glove to leave no evidence
I enjoyed the smell back when we could still burn leaves in the street (and someone always brought out some marshmallos to roast-YUM!); the simplicity of childhood.
Here’s a couple of observations:1. Newspapers will not publish a letter that does not identify the writer. And it appears that Burl does not have enough courage to speak his piece under his own name. Then to mail it from another town! Plainly craven.2, Which leads me to online postings that can be accomplished anonymously. Have you seen how truly awful some of them are? Unbelievable. Sadly though, actually believable.

They’re probably their leaves to start from, Burl blows them in the neighbors yard and they blow them back.
But I haven’t seen a tree in their yard do they have any?

CO will work a lot faster.
and since the whole world is creating more CO2, it depends upon your politics as to what you think the results of that will be.
