Much like taunting, I consider gloating to be unsportsman-like conduct.

Phtttt all the previous responses. When the partners wrong ya have to take full advantage of it. An ear – to – ear grin is just the start. Yep I expect it back. of course it’s all in good fun

To quote Ogden Nash, “Whenever you’re wrong, admit it. Whenever you’re right, shut up.”

Like Doc Toon, I would never gloat over my man, but there have been bosses (not so much co-workers , because mine have suffered the same as I). Definitely depends on the person over whom you would be gloating.

I don’t normally gloat – but I might tease a little, especially if the other person had been really adamant that they were right (unless the other person is my wife, and she’s not in a good mood – because I enjoy my life with her, and like to keep it that way).

The only purpose gloating serves, in a marriage, is to further the argument and show how immature you are. For the rest of the people in the world, well……..sometimes they deserve it.
