Heart: But...dolls are made to be played with-- Man: Yes! Played with... Man: Not thrown down a flight of stairs or flung from a backyard swing! Not dragged by a wagon or dropped from a bicycle basket! Heart: I don't know where you've been, but that's how kids play. Man: Ooooh, such nefarious things, you people are!

I’ll repeat what I’ve said yesterday… It’s not like they’re made of Composite Carbon-Fiber, Kevlar, Titanium or Tungsten.

This reminds me of a comic I saw years ago that I thought was very funny(might even have been “Heart of the City”) in which a little boy (Dean?) is playing with his G.I. Joe action figure and uses it to sneak up on a sleeping cat (Spock?). The surprised cat immediately shreds the doll and in the final panel the boy says “So much for the kung-fu grip”.

When I was a kid played with the toys that are now selling in antique stores for hundreds of dollars!

Get a lot of business repairing dolls for kids while complaining about them all the time, do ya?
