I was confused about that yesterday as well. But then I noticed the stubble on the adults chin and that the “dolls” were really “action figures” so i’m pretty sure that he’s a dude :D

Still making 12" GI Joes so must be the 70s when long hair was the fashion for guys.

I think this might’ve been better if it was back to the 4-panel format, to accelerate unimportant backstories for unimportant characters.
