I AM my own dietitian. I have studied nutrition for many years and have learned still more this year (because the work of my current doctor allows blood draws and lab work to be covered even on the tri-monthly basis that we have been doing to track changes in my diet.)
I will definitely be happy to return to being an omnivore, but things like most diet sodas (or any with sugar) will never be more than an occasional taste. I am looking forward to getting some of my Omega 3 from fish and shellfish. And having some good red meat with horseradish now and then too.

Anyone who eats is ‘on a diet’ so you don’t ‘go on a diet’ you change your diet. There. Much better now. Continue. Hi Tony. Good night

The closest I get to drinking pop is an occasional Fentiman’s.

I keep my dietician in the fridge. That’s where the Pepsi lives too.

I drink Diet Coke – a gallon a day, and I’m the healthiest person I know. Of course, I am somewhat of a recluse, so I don’t know many people.
