That kind of wish has to be more carefully worded.

Lio is as sharp as ever!

Liō wished that Eva would return his affection. He was transformed into something Eva could love without any changes to Eva’s preferences. He should have been more specific if he wanted to remain himself.

“Is this a dagger I see before me? Where’s that annoying Lio?”

Lio is right on the cutting edge of humor, as usual. He’s found a way to get Eva Rose to accept him for what he is! That boy is sharp!

I thought he mispronounced, “I swore (sword) my love to her:”

Is Eva’s last name Cerate?

Lio’s getting carried away with Eva.

He’ll take her love anyway he could get it.

Lio got turned into a knife.

Lio became the object of her affection.

Anybody else reminded of the Calvin and Hobbes where Calvin has his transmogrify gun and says “I’m safe”…?

And she’ll use it to hack at Lio replicas.
