I remember as a kid we added food colouring to eggs to see if it made a difference, after reading that book. Green scrambled eggs were OK, but blue…definitely not. Mom didn’t even blame us for tossing them, when normally we would have got a 15-min sermon on wasting food.
Dr. Seuss took a bet over “Green Eggs and Ham”. He said he could write a book using no more than 50 different words with an engaging plot..He did it using only 49.
