    Channeling Sidney Carton?

It is a far far better thing I do here than I could ever do before I had this box…

Yikes, not even I can make that stretch…. Why the dickens did I try?I guess I thought it would be novel…

    Hullo all….

Dogsniff…. when you get here… of course you’re part of Ballard Street!

It’s not whether someone is a full time resident; it’s whether he or she is a full time lunatic …. er…. off-beat person … like the rest of us.

If you believe in Ballard Street you live on it. And besides, everybody here knows you.

    Monkey!

I didn’t know those were your special band-aids…. I’ve been buying boxes of them too, cos they calm down the little monkeys.

The ones I’ve seen in your office were these…

and your special Sheriff ones…. which I never touch, of course:

Stel…. I’m so glad you liked the fabric band-aids…and wow… you did look amazingly coordinated.

(I do have to say that it’s a particularly unflattering photo though.)

Wherever DID you find that tooth-ache kerchief to match??Did you make it yourself?

I’m glad you were able to drag yourself to the salon so I could do your nails….I know it’s a comfort when everything goes together, literally head to toe….

Oh…. and I’ve had to do a LOT of band-aid shopping.Guess I started something…T_Lexi… ofcourse you can have three!

Since StelBel likes the polka dots, I’m sure she’ll share the floral ones….or if three is all you want, I’ll let you have three of the really special ones I got for Christmas…

And Bev…. if you have enough bandages for the rest of your life, why are you begging for more?

Still…. when I saw these, I had to get them for you anyway….and I think I’ll keep them on hand at the salon….(wonder if XTI could make something similar, or even just punch up the glitter. x_Tech?)

Essex…. you see…. once again it’s your fault!

Well, unless it was my fault for shooting you with that arrow…..

I didn’t know I did. Sometimes my aim is better than I think. But it was fun reading those old forums.

    And now I’m off…..

BTW…. Those of you who wonder why I don’t answer your morning posts…. I live waaaaay out at the western end of Ballard County….

I’m not just getting up, I’m just going to bed… in the weee hours of the morning, west coast USA time….after most of my neighbors have been asleep for hours.

I’ll see you when I get back… sometimes after you’re asleep again. That’s why the Monkey hired me for nights.

    Good night all…good night Fenton.

I’ve been out most of the day (picked up the new booze on the way home from my doctor) and he made an appointment for just after sunrise for next blood draw next Monday – like most doctors, he’s going on another vacay.

I don’t need to hide in a box to get creative.

I made some very yummy strawberry ice cream with my favorite Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, also heavy cream with a dash of vanilla and pinch of salt, 3 egg yolks and some Baking Truvia (stevia). I ate all that stuck in the machine before washing up. I’ll use the egg whites for French toast in tomorrow’s breakfast (just peeled another pineapple).
