Surprised any of the staff would want to go there, since the name ‘Canary Islands’ derives from Canariae Insulae – “Islands of the Dogs” (pardon, my Latin is rusty and googling it gives me several different spellings), not the pretty little birdies.
I see they’re also allowed to have their toys in the office – friendly workplace. Perhaps they wrote some of those “puff-pieces” while under the influence . .OF CATNIP!
