And the chase begins anew!

And now that the police know who they are dealing with. They will be well prepared to capture them.

Some folks my think it’s impossible for Silver to leash a viscous animal like a hyena. Actually, hyenas can be trained by humans. The infamous Beast of Gevaudan of France was exposed on a History Channel show “The Real Wolfman” as a trained killer used by the so-called hunter of the Beast, Jean Chastel.

Will the patrol actually check the barn? If they do, without awaiting backup, will they survive?

If that’s Dennis driving Tracy and Sam, they wouldn’t wait for backup, especially with Sam still being pretty miffed. Silver and Sprocket’s “horns” have lost any element of surprise which is good for our heroes. Still, wouldn’t be surprised to see another trick or two up Jr.’s cars sleeves…

He’d better shove the hyena back in the case (gently) and get a move on! Do you suppose they can get out of the other side of the barn? I figured that Tracy and Sam would be able to catch up. They’re almost there!

Yes, the chase will start. Now we will see all of the gadgets on their car. Perhaps oil slicks, bullet proof shield, rockets, etc. (ala James Bond).

Half bathed, wet, naked and ugly will have to run again or her brother will throw some bullets at that jeep while SN dries her hair. Tomorrow should be pretty interesting. I hope Lena makes it out okay! the avatar is the real bear dog “Lulu” with her dad (me). 85 lbs of pure tough dog, but …… I would NOT put her up against Lena, because I like Lena and she would not look so good with a missing ear or whatever. Between my family, my bride’s family I have never known a tougher gal than my Lulu.

Talk about bad timing! Sprocket getting scrubbed is about the only way the three of them (don’t forget Lena) can be in the car together. Let her swish off those feet, Silver, and then you all slip out the back. Without the distinctive odor trail, maybe you’ll lose them!

Why do the police always seems to have to put their sirens on to warn the crooks they are coming?

Did Silver say “Holy Cow”?Or did he mean “holey cow,” because Lena was in the mood for a beef dinner?

I don’t think the Nitrates and their companion are going to be able to leave fast enough to avoid the police.

I think the shower water could be from a separate holding tank in the car that in the original strip supplied a built- in wash basin (not shown). In one of the 1956 strips, Flattop jr. is shown filling this tank from a outdoor faucet and explains that he is filling this reservoir tank , not putting water in his gas tank as it might appear.

Yessir, that he would! Sprocket could very well be showering with hot water from the radiator. But let’s not interrupt her. From the looks of her for the past month, she needs it badly. (The shower, that is).

If the water comes from a deep well, it could not even need to be heated, after a few minutes it will come out at a pleasent temperature compared to your cold skin and surroundings.
