@David BanksNot to nitpick, David, but it’s “palak paneer” and “sag gosht”. Just a friendly reminder from the guy who’s spent the bulk of his life in India.
Okay. First off, I had to find out what paneer was. I had never heard of it before. Not many Indian restaurants or groceries in my area. So, like with all things that pique my interest, I went online to find out what it was and was excited to find out how easy it was to make my own paneer at home. That’s better than driving halfway across the state to a store that might have it. I’ve already learned, thanks to interest in previous recipes of yours, how to make my own garam masala. This sounds like a delightful recipe, so I’m going to give it a go, making my own paneer, as well as this lovely recipe, and see how it’s received by the rest of the family.
