Yeah March!
Here in Toronto, I look out my window and don’t see any difference between March, February, or January for that matter.
I think you’d have to live farther from the Great Lakes for kites this year. It’s been bad in North Jersey where I used to live. And John’s been hit hard up in NY’s Finger Lakes.

My dad commented last night that March was coming in more like a polar bear this year!
It’s rained here in so. cal for two days straight and more forecast for tomorrow. That’s enough winter for me.
