It’s when you’re in beta that you get the investors. The VCs know the risks they are taking.-During last week’s reruns, VC referred to the Viet Cong. Now, it refers to venture capitalists (in Hanoi, too).
Balderdash. There is absolutely no evidence that cell phones cause kind of injury (other than car crashes). While it is not impossible that cell phones are a danger, it is not likely, nor is there a possible, hypothetical mechanism ( Non-ionizing radiation is not energetic enough to break chemical bonds, and therefore should not cause DNA damage that could lead to cancer. ). Further, the woman who wrote this has a book to sell.
We are going to a “geek wedding,” as described by the bride and groom, this summer. It is in Seattle, where many fellow geeks live. The bride and groom are techie types. It is expected to be pretty different from a traditional type wedding.
I saw that video. The priest is reciting the service and she pulls her phone out of her cleavage and starts texting. Then she sticks it back when she’s done. The groom did NOT look impressed.
Ever hear of irony? Look it up on dictionary.com. Why do posters take everything so freaking literally? It’s a COMIC STRIP. Look that up as well while you are trying to understand irony.

Can’t take the 70’s Doonesbury. Dated and no longer funny. Only read on Sundays.

Lots of men carry cellphones on holsters around the waist. Are they getting cancer too?

Being born on live cable TV does not seem to have turned Alex off the idea of living a life in public.

The bride can always hand the phone to the groom. Tuxedos already have pockets.
